j’ai un petit problème avec duplicator:

j ai ce message d’erreur et pourtant j ai bien mis les deux fichier le zip et php :

Salut, comme te le dit le message (en anglais) ton fichier .zip est « vide » 0Ko. A refaire, et vérifie la taille du fichier AVANT de lancer la procédure. Tu n’as pas attendu que le fichier soit complet. Selon ton débit ADSL cela peut prendre 10 à 20 mn en tout.

mon fichier est entier mais effectivement mauvaise manipulation de ma part.Merci d’avoir répondu.Maintenant quand j’ouvre le fichier installer.php duplicator ne se lance pas mais j ai plein de symboles.

Salut, ton archive n’est toujours pas complète <1 Ko alors que cela devrait faire 227 Mo.

Le fichier d’archive n’a peut-être pas été entièrement téléchargé sur le serveur. Si oui, veuillez attendre que le fichier soit complètement téléchargé, puis actualisez cette page.

salut,je prends le fichier que duplicator me donne c’est bien marqué terminé pourtant,quand je recupère le fichier c est en archive je le met en fichier zip pour le mettre dans mon fichier.
