Fichier .htaccess se vide tout seul (Créer un compte)

Problème(s) rencontré(s) :

Depuis vendredi, ma boutique en ligne se retrouve en Error 404 – Not found

Après quelques recherches, je remarque que le fichier .htaccess est vide.  Je le restaure … Et après 1h, idem ! Depuis ce jour, j’ai du faire une dizaine de restauration de mon fichier .htaccess … J’ai surveillé tout le week-end afin de trouver une récurrence et une cause, je n’ai rien trouvé. Je suis à jour de toutes mes extensions.

Je ne parviens pas à trouver pourquoi ce fichier est vide et quel plugin pourrait éventuellement l’effacer.

J’ai tenté une restauration de la sauvegarde de mon site, avant ce soucis. Rien y fait.

Pourriez-vous me donner des pistes ? Quelqu’un aurait-il déjà pu solutionner ce problème ?
