j’ai un gros souci sur mon site, en effet au moment de passer commande j’ai cette erreur

SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1267 Illegal mix of collations (utf8mb4_unicode_520_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8mb4_unicode_ci,IMPLICIT) for operation ‘=’

Quelqu’un pourrait-il m’aiguiller vers une solution.
